| The owners of Midway Utility Contractors, a well established and successful utility contracting company has made the decision to consolidate and streamline operations. The decision prompts the commissioning of Petrowsky Auctioneers, Inc. to sell at unreserved public auction a sizable inventory of equipment and rolling stock. Midway has a reputation as good caretakers and the utility industry itself promotes careful use and regimented maintenance on equipment. Other area contractors and dealers will be consigning to this auction. |

Transfer. Balance due within 4 days. A personal or company check accepted only if accompanied by a current bank

Premium schedule. Each Individual Lot purchased will be assessed a Buyer's Premium as

The initial up to and including $2500 will be charge a 10% Buyer's Premium. The remaining
balance over $2500 will be charged a 1% Buyer's Premium.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ASSESSMENT IS ON INDIVIDUAL LOTS NOT TOTAL PURCHASES.
